    Disconnect Active Connections through the Crunchafi Data Extraction Portal

    Disconnect the access token through the Crunchafi Data Extraction Portal.

    When you connect to an online accounting system to create a collection in Crunchafi Data Extraction (Strongbox), a token is stored temporarily - typically for 90 days. This includes QuickBooks Online, Xero, Oracle NetSuite, and Sage Intacct.

    This stored token allows Crunchafi Data Extraction users to request new reports from their clients when data has been updated. However, there may be times when you need to disconnect Crunchafi Data Extraction from the system early at the end of a project.

    Users can cancel the saved link in their Crunchafi Data Extraction portal as outlined below. 

    Disconnect an active connection through the Crunchafi Data Extraction Portal:
    1. Find the related Workspace in your portal.
    2. Open the Manage Active Connections tab.
    3. Click on the delete button under the Actions column.

     

    Alternatively, company administrators can disconnect through their accounting systems.
