Whitelisting Instructions

As a valued customer of Crunchafi, we want to ensure you receive all important communications without any interruptions. To prevent our emails from being blocked or marked as spam, please follow these steps to whitelist our email domain and add us to your safe senders list:

  1. Whitelist Our Email Domain
    • Add the following domain to your email system’s whitelist: @crunchafi.com.  
  2. Add to Safe Senders List
    • Make sure our domain is included in the Safe Senders List for each email client, including:
    • Outlook (Office 365)
      • Open Outlook -> Go to Settings -> View all Outlook settings -> Junk email -> Safe senders and domains -> Add @crunchafi.com.  
    • Gmail
      • Open Gmail -> Click the gear icon -> See all settings -> Filters and Blocked Addresses -> Create a new filter -> In the “From” filed, enter @crunchafi.com -> Click Create filter -> Select Never send it to Spam
    • Apple Mail (iCloud)
      • Open Main -> Go to Mail Preferences -> Junk Mail -> Ensure Trust junk mail headers is enabled. 
    • Yahoo Mail
      • Go to Settings -> More Settings -> Filters -> Add a new filter with the domain @crunchafi.com and choose “Never send it to Spam.”
  3. Email Servers (Common Providers)
    • For popular email servers, add the following IP ranges (or request their network administrator to do so):
    • Microsoft Exchange / Officeice 365
      • Whitelist: *.outlook.com, *.office365.com
    • Google Workspace (Gmail for Business)
      • Whitelist: *google.com, *.googleusercontent.com
    • Postfix-based Systems
      • Allow our domain and IP range in your mail server’s configuration file (main.cf or postfix.conf).  
    • Zimbra
      • Add @crunchafi.com to the safe list through the Zimbra Admin console.  
  4. Third-Party Spam Filtering Tools
    • If you’re using third-party spam filtering or security services (such as Barracuda, Proofpoint, Mimecast, etc.), please ensure:
      • Add @crunchafi.com to their approved senders or whitelist.
      • If using Barracuda, navigate to Block/Accept settings and add @crunchafi.com to the Accept list. 
      • For Proofpoint, add @crunchafi.com to the Approved Sender List in the Proofpoint Admin Console.
