• It is marked as the first day of the month when your first lease was created.
• This month determines your annual renewal and billing cycle. 
• Ensure all updates (e.g., deleting expired leases) are completed before your anniversary month to avoid additional charges.
• Crunchafi bills for all leases not in a deleted status as of midnight UTC on the last day of the month.
