FAQ about LeaseCrunch

Do I need to install anything on my servers or computers? 

• No, LeaseCrunch is a cloud based solution. Our app, help guidance and Knowledge Base are all hosted in the cloud.

What is the pricing? 

• Price is per lease as agreed upon by the CPA firm. There are no fees from LeaseCrunch for implementation or user count.

Does LeaseCrunch have a SOC Report? 

• Yes, LeaseCrunch has a SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II.

Does LeaseCrunch handle lessee and lessor accounting under the new standards? 

• For ASC 842 and IFRS 16, LeaseCrunch supports lessee calculations.
• For GASB, LeaseCrunch supports lessee and lessor calculations.

How long does implementation take? 

• The Administration setup of LeaseCrunch should take your organization less than an hour. Leases can be entered in less than 3 minutes per lease. 

Can I import data from LeaseCrunch into my accounting system?

• All LeaseCrunch reports are exported into Excel making it easy to import into another system.
