When should a lease be cloned?

Cloning leases is useful in the scenarios summarized below

  1. Adding new leases with identical or similar lease attributes of an existing lease. This avoids the need to start from scratch and gives users the option to edit details.
  2. Removing the Review + Approval requirement from a lease if this setting is enabled under Administration > Policies.

If a lease has been revised, it cannot be cloned.
