How does Crunchafi use Artificial Intelligence (AI)?

Some of our services incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies provided through Microsoft Azure Open AI to enable and enhance certain features of the service such as document data entry, data analysis, content generation, automation and predictive functionality. 

What data is processed by AI systems? 

When you use AI-enabled features, the following categories of data may be processed: 

• User Input Data: Text, files, or other content you submit for processing by AI features.
• Usage Data: Technical data related to your interaction with AI features, including timestamps, feature use frequency and performance data. 
• System and Diagnostic Data: Logs, error reports, and other metadata generated by the system to ensure stability and improve functionality. 

We process this data only for purposes compatible with providing and improving the Service and its AI components and in accordance with our privacy policy.

Is the AI-processed data available to external parties?

Crunchafi ensures data is handled securely and storage of any data is limited to delivery of the related AI features provided. We apply the same security, encryption and access controls to AI-processed data as we do all other data within the platform. Your data is never used to train general AI models.
