How do I handle non-lease payments when I elect to include them with lease payments?
Non-lease payments entered into Crunchafi Lease Accounting will be included in the ROU Asset calculation
When you elect to combine lease and non-lease payments (ASC 842-10-15-37), those payments then become lease payments under the standard. In Crunchafi Lease Accounting, those payments should be entered under the Lease Payments & Classification tab. When they are entered here, they are included in calculation of the ROU Asset.
If you'd like the payments to be displayed separately, you can enter separate payment streams for the same time period.
