Subleases can be entered for lessees and lessors
Crunchafi Lease Accounting offers lessee accounting for FASB and IFRS leases under all classifications as well as lessor accounting for FASB and IFRS leases classified as operating leases. Subleases can be entered for lessees and lessors by using the add lease workflow.
GASB 87 clients can also enter leases for both lessee and lessor.
