Crunchafi Data Extraction User Permissions & Roles

Data Extraction includes two user roles: Default User & Administrator.

This article explains the difference between the two Data Extraction roles. For instructions on how to add a new user, click here.

Default Users

(standard role)
  • Create new workspaces
  • Add & remove users from workspaces they create or to which they have access
  • View list of all workspaces (only workspaces to which the user has access are clickable, but all workspace names are visible)
  • Request access to a workspace to which they do not currently have access
  • View a list of all users in the portal (read-only access)

Administrator

(advanced role)
  • All default user permissions
  • Add & remove users
  • Edit roles and other basic details for users
  • Add & remove users from any workspace, including granting themselves access to any workspace
  • View financial data for all workspaces
