Leases should be deleted (removed from the active dashboard) after the lease has expired and is no longer included in the annual financial reporting period.
To retire a lease from the active dashboard, find the lease, hover on the ellipsis, then select Delete.
This will change the lease status from its current status to "Deleted". Deleted leases are not included in the calculations for Journal Entries, Amortization Entries or Footnote Disclosures, and will also no longer be billable.
To view the deleted lease, select the filter for "Lease Status" and select the "Deleted" checkbox:
Selecting the "Deleted" check box will repopulate the list of leases with those that have a status of "Deleted":
To restore a deleted lease to full functionality, select the ellipsis menu and select “Restore” option. Once confirmed, the lease will be restored and can be included in report exports.
