    Whatever the reason, you can remove a Crunchafi (Strongbox) Connect from an accounting system by following these steps (using Windows 11 Pro):

    1. On your PC, use the search function and search for Programs.

    2. Click Add or Remove Programs.

       

    3. Type Strongbox in the search bar. Note that Crunchafi (Strongbox) Connect will appear below.

    4. Click on the 3 dots for Strongbox Connect and then click the Uninstall button

    5. This will remove Crunchafi (Strongbox) Connect. If you still see it, try restarting your device.
