Note: Only users with the role of Firm Administrator can edit client accounts.
To disable a client, navigate to the Client Accounts tab and hover over the row of the client that needs to be disabled. Then click on the pencil
to edit the client. You'll be able to change the status of the client to Disabled, and if they had previously invited client users, they will no longer be able to log in.

Disabling a client account will remove it from the list of client accounts, disable report exports for the account, and prevent any additional invoices from being generated. Lease data will be retained and is viewable by clicking on View from the dropdown on My Leases.
