    Selecting Lease Accounting or Lease Accounting Verification

    Lease Accounting

    Full version of the software, with all features enabled. Exports include:

    • Journal Entries

    • Amortization Schedule

    • Footnote

    • All Lease Data

    Lease Accounting Verification

    If a client utilizes a solution other than Crunchafi Lease Accounting for their lease accounting calculations, Lease Accounting Verification can be used to audit a sample size of that client's lease portfolio. Lease Accounting Verification includes all Crunchafi Lease Accounting features with the following restrictions:

    • Exports are limited to the Amortization Schedule and All Lease Data. 

    • Must be used for a subset of the client's lease portfolio.

    • Must have a signed pricing agreement on file to use Lease Accounting Verification.

    The Client Account can be changed from Lease Accounting Verification to Lease Accounting Verification at any time by a Firm Administrator.
