    Disconnect Active Sage Intacct Connections

    Disconnect the link by removing the web service user's access to Sage Intacct.

    Disconnect an active connection in Sage Intacct:
    1. At the top of your Sage Intacct system, click on the Applications drop-down.

    2. In the Applications menu, select Company › Admin (tab) › Web Services Users

    3. In Web Services Users, click on Edit


    4. Change Status from Active to Inactive

    5. Click Save (top right)
