Which CashFlowTool products are being retired?

We will be retiring CashFlowTool Lite and CashFlowTool Pro, including all subscription plans (Lite, Pro, and Accountant Plans). 

When will access end?

Access to both CashFlowTool Lite and Pro will end on November 21, 2025. 

Will customers be able to use the software after that date?

No, access will no longer be available after November 21, 2025.

Am I able to download any of my data before that date?

CashFlowTool Pro users can download reports (forecast and actuals) in Excel, plus forecasts and dashboards in PDF until November 21, 2025. 

How do CashFlowTool Pro users download these reports?
  1. Login to CashFlowTool and select your business.  
  2. Go to Reports (left navigation) to download Excel reports of monthly or weekly forecasts and actuals or create a custom PDF reports.  
  3. Go to Documents (left navigation) to download available Financial Statements. 
What happens if I don’t download my reports in time?

Any data in CashFlowTool Lite, Pro and Accountant Plans will not be retained or available after December 21, 2025. 

Will there be an alternative product or migration path?

If you are looking for an alternative solution, we recommend Reach Reporting, available in the Intuit QuickBooks App Store. 

I purchased a yearly plan after November 21, 2024. Am I eligible for a refund?

Yes. Customers with yearly plans purchased after November 21, 2024 are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused months of their plan. 

How do I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued on Friday, November 14, 2025 via Stripe to the original payment method on file. The refund issued by Finagraph, the parent company of CashFlowTool, may take 5-10 days to appear on your statement. If it takes longer, please contact your bank for assistance. For additional questions, contact bills@finagraph.com.  

Will Support be available after November 21, 2025?

You’ll have access to support through November 21, 2025. After that, support for CashFlowTool Lite, Pro and Accountant Plans will no longer be offered. 

What happens to my billing or subscription after shutdown?

All subscriptions and automatic renewals will be cancelled. Customers will not be charged after November 21, 2025.
